This is a blog about my journey to wellness, both physical and mental. I am currently weaning off of Zoloft and Abilify and I'm hoping to lose at least 35 lbs.

No on the St. John's Wart.
So, I talked to my doctor this morning and she told me not to take St. John's Wart. Since I am feeling good on the lower dose of Zoloft, I am not going to worry about anything for now. We'll just have to hope that I continue to do well.
